Louisville stinks

Who flushed the toilet and put Louisville in the bowl? Was it Siva who was a zero?  Was it Chane who can't score in double figures?  Was it Pitino who needs to try coaching some junior collage?

Now before you all get on me, I am 82 yearrs old a 1953 grad a former president of the Tampa Bay Alumni Club and I'mk tired of saying next year.  I may not be here next year.

Sam, remember how awful last year's Cards looked in their loss at Providence?  Need I remind you that team reached the Final Four?  It's way too early either to bail on this team or decide Rick can't coach.

I hear what you say Tony, but I can't help but feel that Pintino is more interested in his Thorobred horses than he is in our team.  At least Denny was 24/7 a coach and not a part timer.  Yes, I'm upset, but no #1 team has lost 3 consecutive games since 1989.  What a disgrace!!!!

Hang in there Sam. Hopefully you and Shirley will get to see the Cards bring home some nice hardware in April. Keep a clear head there in Clearwater and more importantly - keep the faith my man!!!!

Sam,

I did like the fact that Denny was a humble man, I miss that. I read the sports section this morning and Pitino says he is going to stick with yesterday's line up after it has proven to have had adversely affected Smith's game.

Pitino does need a slice of humble pie. He has lost 3 games in a row. He needs to look at what he is doing wrong.

 Yeah,

Denny used to tell me that I gave him too much credit, but the truth of the matter was that if you were going to beat a Crum coached team you damned well better do it in Dec. or early Jan. because after that you were toast and the NCAA big dance was the next chance only the best teams in America had to win.  The Little Sisters of The Poor could have beaten Louisville today.

Come on Sam,

They play in the Big East. You don't get to beat your opponent by 25 pts on the road and at home in this conference. But the pay off comes at tournament time. Remember Wooden's and Crum's strategy of playing a tough schedule? It pays off at tourney time. Now Siva has yet to develop into a true point guard I will give you that. but remember "It ain't over, til it's over." Yogi Berra
