WOW UL fans are already writing Charlie off , personally I don't think UT is really interested just planning on him as a backup plan, not a bad plan, I think Charlie has done a great job at UL. I hope he sticks around because I look forward to him and Mark having some great games. Good luck keeping Coach Strong guy.

Dang! Do the math Charlie! Ever see a half empty YUM! crowd during a UL game??? Know why?? 50 plus years of the growth of UL basketball has created generations of rabid fans willing to fork over a small fortune for basketball tickets and are devoted to their team.

UL does not have that with football. It's Howard to Charlie...that's it.UL is just know building a football history.

I for one hope the door smacks him the butt on the way out. He simply is not worth the reported $4Million a year salary UT is offering. I do thank him for his efforts here and the fact he helped deliver UL to the ACC.

IMHO IF he jumps to UT he will find himself looking for another job in 2-3 years. UT fires 10-2 coaches all day long. Just ask Phil Fulmer...one loss to Florida and they will throw him overboard ASAP.

Heck, almost all my UT contacts are NOT thrilled to see his name come up as a candidate.They feel as I do a 10-2 season in a weak conference does not make one an upper level SEC coach.

Skip the Sugar Bowl Tweedledum...The Gaytors will use the Birds for toilet paper..

Grover doesn't have time to be a fan of uk athletics, he is far too busy worrying about all things UofL. Not one word about uk hiring Stupes - Grover is all UofL - all the time.

Congrata on keeping Coach Strong, I look forward to seeing how they do in the ACC and the UK UL series should be much better because of the correct decision by Coach Strong, next time UL fans should not be so quick to give up on your coach, when link to coaching rumors, after all his name is not Petrino or Smith. Again congrats on keeping your coach.
