Ok so everyone always argues on this site about whos the big brother and who is the little brother.

well of course UofL is the little brother. UofL was established first as a university in 1798 but UofL's sports team all have not been around as long as UK's teams have.

All of UK sports like football, basketball, women's basketball, baseball, tennis, softball all started before UofL's sports teams did. So of course UK has a better History they have been around longer.

But if you look at winning % Uk and UofL are extremely close not in basketball but in everything else and UofL leads in 4 and UofL and UK are tied in baseball winning %

But anyway UK is the Big Brother as of right now. But UK fans can not say that we have not been a better athletics program as of the last like 30 years. If UL keeps up what they have been doing in sports they will get closer and closer to UK (as long as UL starts to get better in football).

But UK is the big brother right now and UL can only pass them up if we keep succeeding like we have been doing the past 12 years and UK has to have a few more bad years.
