U of L has beaten Tennessee as many times as yewkay has in the last 27 years!

let me get this straight UK was 2 and 10, and UL was 10 and 2, and you are worried about how many time UK beat UT vs UL vs UT the last 27 years. You would think you guys would be happy that you are going to a BCS BOWL,but I guess your envy of everything UK just over rides your happiness in UL success.

I do want to wish UL luck in the Sugar bowl............ GO KATS!!!!!!!!!!!

The kayuts consider it a rivalry. The volunteers laugh at that. Dont you have to beat your rival more than once every 27 years to consider it a rivalry? Just saying

I  found it interesting that YOUR coach was interested enough to talk with Tennessee; money was the deciding factor as TJ said that he would offer whatever it took to keep CS.  I am sure it was a good move by TJ and CS, however, has nothing to do with UK winning over TN. What does one have to do with the other?  PS: I don't think you know how many offers/times it might have taken to keep CS at UL as he seemed to like the SEC. Made no difference to me as I feel that we have a good hire for our new FB coach; time will tell.

I don't think it was about money. I did at first but as Coach Strong said...It was about loyalty. I am sure UT could have out spent us if they wanted. Charlie just turned them down. DSH, I was speaking toungue in cheek about beating UT. We beat them off the field. Some on here have stated...when the SEC comes calling, they get who they are after. Well this time, the GOOD GUYS won!
