Kudos to Coach Cal and Coach Pitino

I listened to both coaches' press conferences after the game and was impressed that Coach Pitino gave high praise to the UK players saying that in the past two weeks they had shown great improvement and would be a contender in February.  He said that it takes a certain skill to coach young players and that Cal was the best that he has seen doing that. I guess he does not read this forum as he said that UL/UK players/fans/coaches like/respect one another and added that you do have 5% on both sides that get carried away and do not show good sportsmanship. (Maybe he has read the forum) I did paraphrase the last sentence, however, have not erased the DVR if you need the direct quote.

Coach Cal gave credit to Coach Pitino and players and said that, as of now, UL is the top team in the country that he has seen play.  He gave credit to the UK players and said that he took full credit for the loss.

As I said, both Coaches showed a lot of class and both deserve kudos and respect.
