Following your logic,

UK players "Should have made their foul shots", since they are the #1 recruits in the nation. I understand that you are yet another fan who is without knowledge of the game. Amusing that you are quick to point out others you believe to be in the "5%", while oblivious to the fact that you are the Poster Child for the infamous "5%."

Ha ha ha ,

There are none so blind...........

Terri and GY, UL should have hit their shots as they are the more experienced team.  However, anything can be said and I have no quarrel with the game as it would have been much worse for UL to have lost five in a row to UK.  As your Coach said, "UK has a good team and will get better" as will UL.

I vote to leave it.

She appears to have a passive/aggressive personality, it is best to avoid those folks at all costs.

Your post was definitely NOT congratulatory in nature. Your hidden inferences were merely another slant to take jabs at UofL and lessen your team's loss yesterday.

 

If you want the truth, UofL actually IS 12-18 points BETTER tahn the lowly kitties and I hope to hell we meet you in the tournament just to prove that once and for all........................

Don't make excuses as there are plenty of statements we could make as to why UofL did not spank that ass by 20 points, as well. I'm not going to even go there.

 

The better team won,...PERIOD!!!!!

Card, exactly the kind of post I would expect from a few UL fans and you seem to be one of them.  I did not put UL down; I spoke what I believed as truth and it was not my intention to put down UL. Your statement goes out of the way to put UK down and gets personal attacking Cal and the team; too bad that you cannot accept sincere congrats as that is what I posted.  I expected UL to win, they did, we came very close and that's the truth.  I said that both were good teams and will get better and that is true. BTW, I started a discussion giving Kudos to both Coaches, read that and you can critique it all you want as I do not care what you think or say. I am not a hater and did not get to where I am today by being a total idiot. For the record, I posted the same comment on the other forum and no one was offended or resorted to name calling.

How would this statement be?

Congrats to UK as they played a hard-fought game. If UofL would have bothered to guard against the 3 point shot, we would have won by 20-25 points, but we did not. I'm not disappointed as we still won the game easily and were never really threatened to fall behind once we surged and took the lead. I expected UK to play much better as they have what?, 5 of the top 8 recruits in the nation? However, Rick Pitino is going to show your little coach that he will not be able to win many games while restocking his entire team year after year. An 8-4 record is one that an inexperienced team like UK should be proud of,....at UofL we demand much more than that type of mediocrity.......And the Cards have a lot of room for improvement, not so much for the kitties.
