Not to mention attendance for the Sugar Bowl was down 10K from last year...several bowls were down at least 10K and a couple down 20K. So even in your attendance victory you can't get your facts straight. The fact is there were over twice as many Cards fans than Gators at the Sugar Bowl. That was evident with the crowd noise.

Furthermore, if you are into facts, it was solely on the Gators side that the vast amount of seats were empty. Will Muschamp used the economy as an excuse, others used lack of fan excitement as an excuse. The real fact is historically when Florida has played in the Sugar Bowl, even with Tim Tebow as the QB, they drew low crowds...

Enjoy your moral victory Mr. Johnson and Larry...it just doesn't pass the sniff test, even less the fact test.

Tom Jurich had the President of the Sugar Bowl tell him thanks for bringing all the U of L fans. He said if it wasn't for the red, they would have been dead!

Sugar Bowl committee was ecstatic with the amount of fans Card Nation brought down. The committee chair stated that if it were not for Louisville, the bowl would have been dead on the vine. Then to not only show up in force, but to provide the biggest upset (only to the talking pundits and vegas bookies), in BCS history and smack the living S#$# out of the mighty gators was only the fitting end to this season. The gift by Papa Johns only made it even sweeter. The CARDS would have sold all our allotment of tickets even without the gift. We love going to BCS bowl games. Doesn't bbn, oh, sorry they have yet to experience that and probably never will. Well take it from us, it is awesome to beat up on some sec powers like Florida. You don't know what that is like either. Well it is awesome, kinda like beating up on Alabama, oh, you don't know what that is like either. Well it is awesome too. Fiesta, Orange, and now Sugar, only one left is the Rose and the BCS championship game. We'll take care of the latter next year and the Rose some other time.

Same ol' same ol' the only thing you lame ass pussy cat fans have to say everytime UL does anything is the attendance was low nobody came, Papa John's gave away this he gave away that.Get a new excuse or better yet crawl under that rock that you live under until March madness.Because right know you and you fan base can not hold a cancle to the #1 athletic department & University in the state.We just beat a team that has whooped that blue arse for 26 years, we know have two BCS wins within the past 10 years.Notre Dame does not even have one yet, and we have two.We just got commitments from two 4* recruits this past week and their is a chance we get Quick and the other kid to back out on his commitment to USC, so really just slink away and pay your respect to the only real University in the state big Sis.

You uk fans are so funny. First off, if Clint Hurtt did anything, it was at Miami, not U of L. He told Charlie Strong and Jurich his involvement and what happened. Nothing has happened at U of L, so no chance of that. What happened at Miami has no effect on U of L and will not result in any penalties on the CARDS. Just sit back and take your ass whoopings cause their coming. Go CARDS!!
