AS EXPECTED UK LOST TO FL.....

I posted this on the Nomads and decided to add it to this side, too.

I really expected FL to win against UK on their home floor; they really play good defense and were better on offense. I was hoping that we had a chance to make a comeback or narrow the score and then Noel went down and I do have to admit that I cried. No, I did not shed tears because of the game but just thought how awful it would be if the injury is serious enough to end this talented young man's basketball career. I do not know the status of his family but I would imagine that they are looking forward to the money that he would get as an NBA player and how it would change their lives, hopefully, for the better. I have not heard an update on his injury and pray that it will not keep him from reaching his NBA dream. I am well aware of the value of a good education; I am, also, well aware of how long it would take him to make millions of dollars once he got a degree. I really put a lot of thought into this and I have to say that tonight I fully understand why a talent, such as Noel, would want to be a one and done. Players can always go back to school if they really want a degree; however, they cannot be assured of playing BB more years, stay free of injuries and be drafted by the NBA. UK basketball will be fine, I just pray that Noel will be fine and able to fulfill his NBA dream.

And I in kind do not respond to UK supporters and Alum as I do the Faux Peace Officer, I simply respond with all the FACTS I can muster and assert an opinion.

Ignore it or challange it,makes me no nevermind.

As for "inflammatory" (see KSR Radio) I am fighting with flintstone and wet sawgrass compared to several Napalm Bombs around here and on AM radio and wesites...

Did you witness Lexington in flames when UK defeated UL in the NCAA last season ?????

Now THAT'S
"inflammatory" in action for the whole nation to observe!

And I have the photos of the burning couches and overturned cars to prove my assertion !!!

Me thinks you spend more time on KSR than anybody else here.

I Listen to the Early Birds and the Afternoon UnderDawgs all the time.

I hear nothing but shots at UK from the UofL fan base, but I don't take it out on anybody else. If it gets too crappy I just turn the channel over to 970, unless Rush is on....I don't care for the guy personally.

I read KSR quotes and posts on UL Pay Sites that make fun of the Effeminent 'Lil Coward. He is such an easy target, I mean c'mon a DUKE educated Lawyer is now the next Caywood Ledford??? He is way too skinny and effeminant to be an Oscar Combs.

Not a Limbaugh fan either as I have no respect for Draft Dodgers who assert jail time for recreational illegal drug users while he gets by with criminal activity due to his wealth and political power.

Joe Elliott is a good listen when I tire of sports shows. And I do listen to Drew and the Dogs as well as Denny and Joe B.
Tony Vennetti is a personal friend of the family But I have NEVER heard him dog UL like Boy Toy does UL 24/7/365.Even when speaking not on record he keeps it pretty tame.Althogh he admits Jones is as big of a prick,or worse,in person than on the airwaves.

How he befriends this clown is beyond me.

The call letters are after all WKRD Radio and is a pro UL production. You expect confetti and wine be offered to an in state rival?? Do they call UK fans "line bearded ghetto thugs?" No, but they do poke a little fun now and again with none of the malice and hatred of Jones and his gaggle of butt kissers who cower to his every word.

I don't recall a Lexington Hate Day on KRD like KSRs Louisville Hate Day with folks who speak like they have marbles in their mouths exclaiming us all to be the Sin City Anti Christ.

Let's not try to compare the two.

I did not say the WKRD employee dog UK, I said the UofL fans do.

WKRD is a different medium, and has sponsors to answer to. Matt Jones does not.

The point I was making is that UK fans are regularly dogged by UofL fans. I have been to a website recently where UK fans are regularly treated like crap by UofL fans on a daily basis...I will provide the link:

Bluie, I think that anyone that has a heart would have to be pulling for Nerlens. He is a fine young man and I am so happy that he will still be able to play for the NBA when he heals and should still be one of the top picks. He has brought a lot of joy to those of us that love UK and to those that just like to see a player as good as Nerlens do his thing. I think that we know that UK won't go far this year without Nerlens, but that's OK; we have to live with the good and bad things in life. I am still on a high with our NC and I do think that next year will be a fab year. I always keep the faith and will always pull for our Wildcats. Have a wonderful weekend!

If you are going to sling mud, at least get your facts correct. You should know that the majority of posters on this side are UL and most dislike UK; I have seen very little of UK bashing UL; not saying it does not happen, but it is more UL bashing UK. Now, I want to see where I said that I had not posted in six months, I will not be able to find that remark, you prove that you are telling the truth. Since you say you have only been here two months, should not be hard for you to show the post. If you don't everyone will know that you are not a truthful person. You act goody two shoes on the other side and come here and spread your venom; I actually feel sorry for you. Think what you want of me, at least I am truthful, anyone that lies is not to be trusted and I detest liars as they will stab you in the back. PLEASE, if you are going to try and respond, read the posts and know who posted them. I do believe that you owe me an apology. Of course, hell will freeze over before you will admit to being wrong.
